When will my order ship?
All orders are delivered within 11 – 20 business days. For customer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that in most case, late delivery are cause by external factors like traffic congestion, natural disaster. Unfortunately these scenarios are out of our control, we are truly sorry if this happen. We always thrive to delivery the best quality product on time.
How does international shipping work?
We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 10-20 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided
